AGE 5-7 YEARS
DISCOVERY PHASE
Here we introduce young players to football in a positive and enjoyable way. We focus on teaching fundamental movements in a fun, engaging environment. This phase also helps develop key social and cognitive skills, preparing players to connect these fundamentals with football-specific techniques as they progress.
AGE 8-10 YEARS
FOUNDATION PHASE
Here we focus on linking fundamental movements to the technical aspects of the game. Players will develop key skills such as ball control, passing, receiving, and goal scoring. Our sessions encourage players to take risks and express themselves, helping them grow both technical and mentally in a supportive environment.
AGE 11-14 YEARS
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Here we focus on helping players understand when and where to apply the technical fundamentals of the game. Building on individual skills, we then emphasize teamwork and collaboration, preparing players to excel in more competitive environments.
